Scan

Scan patient's oral structure and submit scan along with prescription electronically to us.

1 Manufacture

Digital scan is used to create a precise 3D model. Our lab designs and manufactures the dental appliance through milling or 3D printing.

2 Delivery

Completed appliance is inspected, packaged, and delivered to the dentist or sent by post.

Graham is a qualified dental technician with over 30 years of experience in the dental laboratory field. In 2016, he moved to beautiful Port Macquarie NSW and founded CADLab3D, bringing his extensive expertise in both traditional and modern dental techniques to the forefront. Throughout his career, Graham has been dedicated to producing high-quality dental prosthetics and appliances, earning a reputation for excellence and reliability.

Christo is a qualified dental technician who brings his expertise from South Africa to Australia, sponsored by CADLab3D Technology. With a strong background in Dental Prosthetics, Orthodontics and a commitment to precision and quality, Christo enhances our team with his international experience and skills. His dedication to excellence and innovation aligns perfectly with our mission to provide top-tier dental solutions.

More importantly, their team always makes time to answer my queries and return my calls. CADLab3D's technicians are highly skilled and clearly take great pride in their work.
